I found this recipe in the book of salads a few years ago and in the summer I often do.
Ingredients
10 3 apples walnuts
150 g. of Emmental
200 ml. heavy cream

procedure

Le mele e la panna dovrebbero essere tenute preventivamente in frigo per almeno 1 ora.
Nella ricetta originale c'รจ anche il prosciutto a dadini, io preferisco senza.
