DL WITH ANTI CRISIS BACK THE PORN TAX
Rome - After years of existing only on paper (Budget was launched a few ago but was never released and the regulation) porn on TV and printed media will be stangato. Torna infatti con il decreto anti-crisi la "pornotax" (articolo 31). L’addizionale prevista sui produttori dalla manovra del 2005 si abbatterà dal periodo di imposta in corso sui programmi televisivi di contenuto pornografico e sulla carta stampata. La norma viene leggermente modificata: non ci sarà addizionale sul materiale «di incitamento alla violenza» ma solo su quello pornografico.
Viene inoltre ridefinito il concetto di materiale pornografico: «si intendono i giornali quotidiani o periodici, con i relativi supporti integrativi, e ogni opera letteraria, teatrale e cinematografica, audiovisiva o multimediale, anche realizzata o riprodotta computerized or electronic communication, where there are images or scenes containing explicit sexual acts between consenting adults and not simulated as determined by decree of the Prime Minister on the proposal of Minister of Cultural Heritage within two months after the entry into force of the decree.
